Using Job Phases

Aug 10, 2012 | JobTracker Tips

One of the questions we get is “What are Job Phases for?” Well, job phases are for tracking jobs that have more than one part.

For example, doing the Kitchen and Bath countertops on a single house, where the two rooms have different stone colors and edge profiles. Here’s a 3-minute video that shows an example of how to create new job phases.

You can create new phases completely from scratch on a job or assign existing activities and forms to a new phase. It’s also sometimes handy to have some activities that are in more than one phase. For example, you might have a single template for a house, but then you’re scheduling fabrication and installation separately for separate rooms.

Job Phases are available in Moraware JobTracker Standard and Enterprise Edition. You can find more info on job phases on our help site.
