Kicking it up a notch: creating views

Once you’re using the job details and calendar, it’s time to get serious about views. Views let you see the details you need, in the format you want. You can filter out certain types of accounts, activities, and really limit the list of jobs you’re looking at.

Each person in your office can have the views they need to do their jobs every day. Here’s how to see a list of jobs with urgent or open issues:

We’ve heard of people using a view like the one in the video as part of their daily or weekly staff meeting, to take care of problems before they become critical.
