I am very happy to now be part of Moraware! My name is Julie Parrish, new member on the Customer Support Team. I must confess that I’d rather be speaking with you than writing about me, because I can’t wait to help you do what you do best. That said, here’s a little background.
My Path to Customer Service
In keeping with the amazing group of people I now call colleagues here at Moraware, my path to Customer Support has wound through many different fields. I began my career in biomedical visualization, taking complex stuff and explaining it visually. I’m talking about some crazy things to picture, like electromagnetic aerospace weather patterns. Over time I figured out I was pretty good at explaining things clearly, and eventually started teaching. I’m passionate about moving people from the state of “let’s get started,” to that awesome feeling of “you’ve got this!” no matter what the subject matter.
In my spare time I swim and run often, cross country ski in winter, and am constantly tinkering with a home improvement project. Most of all, I enjoy my two children and all the amazing things they do. Although we have plenty of snow at the moment, I’ll wrap this up with a picture of the beautiful colors that define fall in Michigan. I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
